What data we process
The data you give us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the website form: your name, your phone number or email and whatever you tell us about your enquiry. Please do not include special category data, such as health data, in your messages.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare any quote you ask for and, if you hire us, manage the job and its invoicing. We do not use it to send you advertising or to make automated decisions.
Legal basis
Your consent when you contact us (art. 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR); when you ask for a quote, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR); and, if you hire us, performing the contract and meeting our legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
How long we keep it
While we deal with your enquiry and, if you do not hire us, for a maximum of one year. If you hire us, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers that work for us may access it as processors, under contract and only for that purpose, such as the website host (Cloudflare, Inc.).
If you message us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy.
International transfers
The hosting provider may process technical data about your visit, such as your IP address, on servers outside the European Economic Area. It does so with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Technical data about your visit
When you visit the website, the server records technical data, such as your IP address or browser, so that the website works and stays secure. We rely on our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and do not use this data to identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at tecniplad@insonorizacionesandalucia.com saying which right you wish to exercise.
If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
